Arsenal beat Chelsea 2-0 today. Our boy had Hazard in his pocket and a finally in-form Koscielny took some of the weight off Sokratis in the backline and they both had a huge game. Sokratis assisted on Koscielny's goal with a well-directed volley.

HIs start to the season has been shaky, but the Arsenal backline continues to be decimated with injury and David Luiz has been underwhelming as a partner. He has never had the luxury of a fully healthy backline.

Emery says he is resting Sokratis tomorrow as he won't suit up for the EL match vs Frankfurt.

Arsenal beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final 2-1 to win it. Sokratis came off the bench in the 88th min, there was 10 mins of stoppage time so he played around 12 mins total. Nice that he gets to be partt of a cup winning team in England. He's now been a cup winner in Germany as well as in England.

Whether he's there or not next season, we'll see but if he's not at least he signs off winning a cup.

So he rejected Lazio and Betis amongst others and the only serious Greek team at the moment offered him about 2mil per year?

Such a waste of money to the sub of Svarnas, Michailidis and Lambropoulos. E re kati pragmata, apisteuta 🤦🏼‍♂️

Michailidis has more potential than Svarnas and Lampropoulos. We shouldn’t count out Michailidis yet. The others is understandable as we have better options. Even Goutas and Risvanis are better.
