Crazy Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 Olympiakos has a difficult game coming up against one of the strongest teams in the euroleague the last couple of years.CSKA Moscow with 2 greek players on their roster,Papaloukas and Zisis will be a tough team to beat.They have 2 wins so far against Prokom 88-69 away and Siena 74-70 at home and lost their last game to Olimpija 74-72 away as Olympiakos did in the same court.Olympiakos comes to this game with the same record,2 wins and 1 loss havin beaten Taou 95-90 at home,lost to Olimpija 87-78 away and destroyed Virtus Bologna a week ago at home 104-76.Unfortunately Olympiakos will be missing 3 key players with injuries,Macijauskas,Tsakalidis and Mavrokefalides but Pini Gerson believes that Olympiakos even with only 11 players ready for this game,can get the win.Olympiakos has played against CSKA 17 times with a record of 6 wins and 11 loses.Interesting point is also the fact that Olympiakos has not been able to beat them since the 1998-99 season. 1994-95 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
