You all are blaming one guy (Bakasetas), but really, who on the entire team, other than OV, showed up and played at a high level today? These issues go WAY deeper than one player (or one coach, I mean honestly). The JVS era NEVER produced a performance as ugly as the one today.

Greece getting completely dominated

Bakasetas with the only decent pass of the entire game

Another problem is it looks like 3 people in OAKA. No atmosphere
Greece needs every advantage possible to qualify. And they have no home field advantage

For sure we had more fans than that and vs Spain it was more than 15 000 if we had gotten a result vs Sweden in October the crowd would have been much more than that as well.

I just heard on Hellas footy podcast that with the draw to Kosovo we now drop into pot 4..... Can anyone confirm? if that's the case that is absolutely embarrassing. The guys on the podcast are afraid the EPO will keep JVS on.
Not why everyone is so worried about JVS, when the EPO, the biggest problem of all, will remain

Not 1300 fans re we've had more than that!
The stadiums are EMPTY. It’s embarrassing

I think they should start, but I can see you making an argument (depending on formation) to include Douvikas instead of Tziolis. Alexandropoulos hasn't played in the ethniki yet, can't pencil him as an automatic starter yet.
Douvikas… anyone else?

Vlacho, Mavropanos, Masouras - everyone else, you can make an argument for or against.
Tzolis? Alexandropoulos?
-
Other than Tsimikas, who under the age of 27 needs to be starting no Matter what going forward?

Cant blame them really can we? Cold weather, covid and JVS are three things worth avoiding.
But it’s been this way throughout qualifying even dating back to before Covid

This is insane: https://www.sport24.gr/football/ethniki-elladas-kopikan-molis-1-388-eisitiria-me-to-kosovo.9424730.html
how does this get corrected? It’s embarrassing

Ok, so if you sack JVS, who do you hire? Who can you hire? That has to be part of the fire-the-coach equation…

Spinning this ahead, what is our lineup for Euro 24 qualifying? We’ve got some bright young players

Next game I hope

This qualification was doomed by the ties vs Georgia and Kosovo. Greece did enough against the big boys to at least have a shot

Greece didn’t play poorly today. Unlucky on the penalty. I think we’re clearly headed back in the right direction…
