he didnt had a good season with fulham and i dont expect him to stay. last 2 matches i didnt even saw him in their squad.

he and roberto carlos have issues. gekas filed a complaint at fifa. seems he was supended from their first team and sended to akhisar's u21 squad but he refused to train with them. not sure but it looks like a financial issue.

with the ethniki he is has pretty poor and looks very slow , however with benfica its almost the other way around and he plays good for them. he always plays as dm right before the cb's and isnt going forward alot. that works very well with benfica.
last week i read some articles that valencia is eyeing some benfica players including samaris.

seems he isnt scoring that much. he doesnt play for a premier leugue team there , he plays for 2nd division club FC Vestsjaelland. thats the 3th best leugue in demark if im correct.
