Mate show PAOK respect. Before PAOK no one knew savvidis.

The millions hes made from the club is thanks to PAOK.

I knew of Ivan Savvidis at least 10 years before he was first linked to PAOK in 2006. Since 1995 he was the president of Greek Communities in Russia and represented those communities at the World Council of Hellenes Abroad, which had an advisory role to the Greek parliament. So he was known even in Greece since 1995. Perhaps that fact did not reach Australia yet.

He made his billions way before he got involved with PAOK. The majority of his business holdings are in Russia and other countries as opposed to Greece, so most of his money was made outside of Greece.

  2. Ingasson was replaced by Ekong. Augusto will be eventually be replaced by Maximovic or someone else if Maximovic does not come, so no big loss there.

Milan is offering 5 mil for Koulierakis. We are asking for 10. I think if the teams can agree on 8 mil he will be sold sooner than later.

@ Athens4, I expect one more sale and  it will probably happen even if we make the group stage.

  4. We face serious consequences if we use lasers, fire crackers, flares, and throw objects on the field. Not only monetary fines, but also closure of Toumba for upcoming games. Considering that at a minimum there will be some use of lasers and flares, I expect that our next European game will be behind closed doors.

  6. Always have been, but AEK fans (or any other team hardcore fans) are no angels. This was a staged meeting of the ultras from Dinamo Zagreb with the help of their affiliated team Panathinaikos against the AEK ultras. Let's not forget when we played Olympique Marseille, AEK ultras travelled to France in order to attack PAOK fans attending the game. Now it is reported that Marseille ultras are coming to Athens for tomorrows game and I am sure they will hook up with AEK ultras to cause trouble. The sad thing is the Greek police was aware of this  ahead of time and did no do anything about it.

I think it's good that there is no fan exchange for our games with Hajduk.
