Mystakidis coming in.
-
Looks like we are going for a 0:0 tie. Whoever scores wins the game.

Probably the most reliable radio stream:

Shakhov nice scossor kick barely out.
-
Nice try by Henrique.
Need to more of that. Our crosses from left and right are not working.

I read that if its AEK - PAOK final it'll be held in Crete.
PAE PAOK should never allow that. Of all the people it's Vryzas, who is in charge of the Greek Cup at EPO, came up with this dumb idea.
-
Warda might be out for two weeks. At least there is a NT break in between.
Also, Ivic is apparently thinking of starting Brkic in place of Glykos.

I don't think Mystakidis would be as effective in center, and definitively not as a lone CF. Perhaps as a second forward in a 4-4-2 formation, or as Boston pointed out in another thread, why not go with a 4-3-3 formation: Henrique and Mysta on the wings?
It will be an interesting match. Reports are that Panionios might be missing their two CB's, but their midfield is very strong with Siopis and Korbos.

They could not pick four balls to draw, but they were able to set the dates for the semis in the meantime ....
Well it involves a lot of work. Need to go back cool down certain balls to appropriate temperature. Too much hassle and it was almost lunch time. The easiest thing was to redo the whole thing next week.

Draw for the semifinal is tomorrow at 11:30 EET.
We have a 33.33% chance to be drawn againstAEK
Panathinaikos
Olympiakos -
It now became an interesting game. Olympiakos scored to make it 2:1 and then Abubacar got ejected from the game.
-
Very nice goal.

I am pretty sure Ivic will not shuffle the lineup too much due to the Prijovic injury.
I expect him to field somethin like this:
------------------ Glykos -----------------
Matos -- Varela -- Crespo -- Leovac
------- Cimirot ------------ Canas ------
Mystakidis --- Biseswar --- Henrique
----------------- Klaus ---------------- -
Besiktas all over Olympiakos, leading 2:0 in the 22nd minute of the game.
-
So we have Glykos being called up for the game with Belgium. He actually stands a good chance of starting in the game.
Also, Cimirot was called by Bosnia for their Euro game against Gibraltar.
Additionaly, Koulouris, Deligiannidis and Lambrou have been called up for the two U21 friendlies against Hungary (at Toumba on March 22), and Poland on March 25.
Finally Sibanis was called up for the U19 NT for the Euro Elite qualifying tournament in Holland, where we will play Ukraine, Finland and Holland.
-
What did you expect Yianko? Some professional production? They are just fans promoting the team they follow. I find nothing wrong with it, and actually like the idea of keeping the PAOK idea alive outside of Greece.
-
Knowing Ivic, I am sure he will go with either Klaus or Koulouris options. I would like him to be more adventurous and try different things considering those two failed this season. How about switching to 4-4-2 with Henrique and Pelkas (or Warda) up front.

What is the procedure now ? How long does Galatasaray have to pay ?
When the deal was made, PAOK received 1 mil, and the remaining 2.5 was set for two installment payments. Apparently Galatasaray missed paying the next installment. From what I read, PAOK told Gala if they don't pay until end of March, they will take the issue to UEFA/FIFA.

The injury to Prijovic gives another chance to Klaus to turn things around. Let's see what he does with it.
-
He had a shoulder problem, but I don't think it was the same injury. He actually broke a bone this time requiring a metal plate and screws being installed from what I read.

Alexis Alexandris, the former Olympiakos striker during interview yesterday said he would try to win at any cost, including stealing from his own kid if necessary.
Here are some of his more famous dives resulting in penalty kicks:

Footage from today's practice, which also includes the injury to Prijovic. Around the 2:30 minute mark.

I am glad he did not get called. He can concentrate on his duties at PAOK, where he will be needed now that we are down one forward.
As long as the players that are called in are not based on their current form, but are based on who their agent is, I prefer PAOK players are not called for the NT. Tell me a reason why Tziolis, Maniatis, and the two youngster from Olympiakos got called, when there are couple players on Panionios that are in great form and were not called up.

And now Pelkas coming. All out attack for the win by Ivic.
