Im not sure if you havent noticed but these are the way new stadiums are built. These are the beautiful designs and on the inside are even more beautiful. Not like that s%$#! hole you call a beautiful new stadium. You know, 1 gay still hasen't actually said what is beautiful about kokkalaiskaki. It's 4 red walls with 1 tier of red seats. It's the plainest looking stadium that has been built in the last 25 years. I defy 1 gavro to prove me wrong.

Karaiskaki has and will be the back done for the club
and stadio that is beauitiful and fear ful for opposing teams
Kariaiskaki represents the club evolving into a greater club and his able to look high in European play rather then down

listen i really don't know who went first to as the PASOK gov't for a stadio
but who got the job done
second some of u Pao fans say that if u built a stadio the fans will come again
u try to compare the situatioin with Olympiakos in Rizoupoli when they didn't sell out like they do in Karaiskaki
but the difference between Rizoupoli and Leoforos is that Rizoupoli was our home for 3 years
Leoforos has been Pao's forever u have the tradition and history their but u still fail to sell out a 16,000 stadio
Our goal is to build a great stadium in general, not for it to be better than yours. Thats too easy. Whats so hard to top about a 30,000 seat stadium with one of the worst fields in europe. Besides it's the most plain looking stadium i have ever seen built. First you said if it wasn't for oly pao wouldn't build a stadium and now cause you realized what a retarded comment that is you are changing it into something else. We have wanted a new stadium built since the mid 90's. And for the last comment, what the hell does that even mean? It doesn't even make any sense. Both stadiums held the same amount of people and neither team sold them out. As for your stadium. The one that you consider kokkali a god for building. Half of the money was given to him by the government because the stadium was to be used for the olympics and the other half was taken out by loan that he hasen't paid back yet. Thats your great Kokkali that you all worship like sheep. He didn't put 1 cent into the stadium.
actually the gov't owns our stadio if i am correct b/c it was used for the Olympics
can u blame Kokkalis he made a business move to some how negotiate the finanical part of Karaiskaki
to say that our ground and our stadio is so plain looking is ignorance u can't see it b/c of your Green glasses

listen i really want Pao to get a new stadio b/c its good for the Greek league and creates even a greater rivalry between the two teams
but wuts the big deal here that Pao wants to build a bigger and better stadio
if it wasn't for Olympiakos building Karaiskaki would Pao be building a stadio??
the point is we are the first to build a modern stadio for a club from Greek clubs
and we happen to build it right on top of the old Kariakskai which still contains the history and past
your stadio may look better on the outside but thats artificial if the fans don't show up and create an atmosphere

that i do want Pao to have a new stadium
it is great for Greek soccer
i mean they are the #2 in the country so they need one
i mean AEK should hopefully rebuild their nea philadelfia
i would also like Aris to renovate their stadio
it will bring back the fans and the atmosphere

u say that Pao will built and bigger and better stadiumI'm willing to bet you that PAO will make a new stadium in Elliniko....
Why? Because
1.there is more than enough space there.... (it's huge!!!)
2. Plenty of parking
3. plenty of commercial oppurtunities to make money
4. All PAO clubs can be under one roof so to speak
5. Fewer objections by the locals.... especially if they buy the argument that a metro park needs income to be made and maintained....
6. Vardi is a businessman above all and from a commercial point of view, Elliniko is the most promising.
7. Will stick it to Kokkalis as PAO having a better/bigger stadium.
8. Because the space is already available the building of the new stadium and adjecent facilities can take place FAST!!!! Fast, fast, fast!
9. Management thinks that any objections from fans for picking Elliniko will subside once the fans see a state of the art stadium, CHEAPER tickets (seasonal and otherwise) and other ammenities!
10. Though I'm so attached to Leoforos, like all of you friends, if the team moves to Elliniko, even against our wishes, what are we going to do?.... stay away for a while, but soon we'll go.... especially if the team does well..... And owners know this! If, besides parking, they make it easy with public transport to get there, vazeloi will fill the stadium, especially if we are in the CL play! No????!!!!

that is wishful thinking but do remember the only reason u guys are building one is b/c of the success u see that Karaiskaki as brought Olympiakos

Elliniko sounds nice
i mean its a big time area and u can build alot of businesses around the stadio
but this takes alot of time to built it
i mean Olympiakos will be many years ahead of Pao finanically

the old stadio was used for the 1896 Olympics
it is not to far where the great general Giorgios Kariaskaki died during battle
and alot of Great Olympiakos memories
we have all that and so much more

Mantzios is Olympiakos product not good to hear about the miss kick
i heard Greece was the better of the two teams but couldn't get it past their keeper
hopefully the regular team shows them how its done by beating the Danes

Pao needs to do more then just built an upper deck seating b/c he needs to fix on the lightings of the stadio, the draining facility and a lot more s%$#!
leoforos is just too out dated
plus their is no parkin really

thank fully for Olympiakos we didn't have this dilemma we solved it buy building over the old stadio to hold the tradition and history it marked

Good job in acknowledging the existence of Xanthi and how they have progressed over the years and they looking pretty good this season
i mean there in the thick of things for uefa spots and have pretty tough at home this season off course their highlight on the season is beating Olympiakos
i would like to know the population of Xanthi ?? and i know they refurbished there stadium this year it holds 7,000 right??
its time to get the area of peloponiso like Patra and cities a bit northern like Giannena and Aigaleo to get going with their soccer
they have the population to hold these teams
Giannena was in first division but only lasted a year
i mean these areas are vital for better competition in Greece
i mean their are on my count 8 teams from Athens 4 from thessaloniki and 2 from crete those other areas need to be filled in my view

what is the capacity of that stadio 35,000-40,000
the good thing about that stadio is that it is a closed style stadium which makes it really loud and u know all the fans play into the game
