  1. If the EU told Greece today that your debt is zero, do you realize that Greece couldn't make it through July because they spend more than they make. Greeks are really good at the "fall guy". In the 70's through 90's it was n Amerikani kai n evrei. Young Tsipras Scum would march to the US Embassy and say "Exo Ameriki". Now its moved to the Germans and the EU. Again. If our debt was wiped out to zero on July 3, 2015 we could not make it through this month because we SPEND more money than we take in. Greece stays in Euro and gets a certain standard of living and makes reforms. Greece goes to the Drachma, the pensions are worth $200 a month and makes reforms. Anthoula the hair stylist retires at age 50. Nikos the Clarino player also is able to retire at 50 because of his "hazard" job. Gianni the baker also can retire at 50 because baking bread is a "hazard" job. Then of course we have Gregori who went to school and became a doctor. Gregori makes 6 figures and has a nice house worth 400k Euros yet his tax return says he makes $10,000 a year. Don't forget Gregori's son, Vasili who is going to college and can stay there for 20 years to finish his degree. This kind of stuff is unacceptable in any civilized country but not in Greece. Oh no. Don't forget you can't work Sundays either or PAME will come out and shut the whole country down.

  2. ^ Greeks are realizing that and the outcome come Sunday will be an overwelming "NAI". They are not stupid to let the hand that feeds them disappear! EU and all European Union members have given Greece packages that number over 100 Billion Euro! For us who are older to remember Greek infrastracture was at it lowest level prioor to its entrance in EOK! I remember back in 1978 it used to take me 3,5hours by car to travel from Lamia to Athens! It took me a mere 1:45' last October to travel the same distance! Greece needs to stay within EU!

  4. Another interesting stat. The EU has paid for 7.7 Billion euros worth of infrastructure projects in Greece during the past 5 years. If they leave the EU, who is going to fix the sewers, roads, bridges. The EU gave greece $400 mil Euros last year to expand internet access to rural areas and put government data online. Greece will be like it was in the 90's with freeways that were 1.5 lanes (Yes a half a lane) and the weekly power outages that I remember vividly.

  5. You don't have control when you're broke. You don't understand that. Greece will have no medicine, gasoline, diesel etc... unless countries donate it. I think you need to take a deep breath and look at reality. Greece will be a third world vacation spot like the Dominican Republic. This lawyer said something interesting on Skai tv today. He said if the EU told Greece that they would wipe off all their debts to zero but told them they are cutting them off with no money, that Greece could not survive month to month because they spend more than they take in.

  6. @ grkjet, the EU aren't really a big fan of democracy, and if unleashing hell in Greece will serve their purpose, they will do so. It is a monstrous organisation. But I have to agree with you, I am afraid the Greek population will go for the devil they know.

  7. Tsipras is catering to the fat cow called "public sector" He does not want to disturb that! Greeks who work for that BIG FAT COW have become the demice of the greek economy and Greece's prosperity! I left Greece 32 years ago since I did not want to become a public sector FAT COW! I did not want to occupy a position that I was not going to be proud of! I did not want any "glipsimo","visma" or "meson"! I wanted everything "AXIOKRATIKA"! I had a lot of ambition and aspiration for my future! There were a few like me who were thinking the same and took off leaving behind papandreou(I left Greece after he was elected) to creat a massive FAT COW catering to the laziness and ohaderfismo of the Greeks created by sosialism! This FAT COW grew over the years and the worst became very demanding! It expected everything handed to them at any cost! Since the "ekastote" govenments wanted the FAT COW'S votes, they haned everything to them creating more "sindikalistes" more sosialists more communists and the like! In other words REMBESKADES! USLESS ARROGANT "TENEKEDES XEGANOTOI"! Today's Greece's society is a mere reflection of all the aboVe! It is the FINAL PRODUCT!!! Is anyone surprised? NONE of us who did not want ROUSFETIA,MONHMOTHTA KAI DHMOSIO are surprised at all! Tsipras and his cronies are direct product of all that! They are al ex-Communists who never put a day's work in their lives! THE BIG FAT COW ALWAYS DELIVERED! Now! That FAT COW has very little to offer siNce it is no longer fed by the EU'S ANATREPOMENA OF EUROS! Tsipras is left will all the COW MINURE that the fat cow HAS CREATED AND HE IS NO LONGER ABLE TO CLEAN THE STINKING STABLE! I say we round all the MPs that served since 1974 and parade them in front of the European Justice(the Greek one I don't partcularly trust) and let them one by one confess for the harm and evil that have caused to this glorious nation and land! Send them all in Gyaro and let them vanish! We are not ready to let a Greek nation vanish! Only a few of the bastards who brought that nation to its knees need to face justice, and they will!

  8. If they put a little bit of effort into making it look decent, then it doesn't matter at all. The clothes will still be made by tiny sweatshop hands.

  9. Panorama has a right-wing bias, as it is produced and published by Mondidori, which is owned by Berlusconi. They are always going to be against the left whether it be in Italy or on Europe. Calling Tsipras & Varoufakis clowns is reverting to type for them. This isn't a view that's shared by Italians in general. Sure it might get gyros hard but meh and yawn. What next, showing a cover of the tabloid German Bild with derogatory headlines.
