  1. aek give it up man, the players didn't want to play for the clown, he lost the dressing room, a disastrous appointment who gets to enjoy yet another pay off. my post prior to ranieri's one and only point. you understand why he was called the 'tinkerman' greece's success was built on continuity he changed too much too soon. you're implying he didn't have any options and couldn't do any better, he lost the dressing room and should have been out after the finland game. absolutely gutted i am because it was so obvious to me and many others early on that he was disastrous for our ethniki.

  2. @js1000 No the people who voted for Labour do not have blood on their hands because did they know Blair was going to invade Iraq when they were voting for him? No, the blood is on the hands of the politicians, they did something they never said they would during the election and went against many of their own voters opinions. We have in the UK what is known as an "elective dictatorship" so the people cannot take the blame on that one. Secondly even though I do think that Labour are the "lesser of 2 evils" I'm not going to be voting for them, so don't expect me to stand up for Tony Blair's actions, I am against the damage he did to the old Labour party.

  3. I'm glad to see the anti Tory vibe coming from a few of you guys. I remember last year UKIP said the Tories even wanted the Turks in the EU ffs. I still think the Tories are the worst party in the UK (sorry UKIP), so anything other than a Tory led government is a minor victory in my eyes. Then you also have the issue of Scotland and I think the SNP have a win-win situation. Either they form a coalition with Labour and we get Salmond as Miliband's new partner. Or if the Tories come into government (with other right-wing parties like UKIP, DUP or whoever) and we even leave the EU, then this would only fuel popularity for Scottish independence. Pick your poison.

  4. Don't forget that Cameron in the past at least has taken a hostile stance towards Greece. He's siding with FYROM in those early days was very provacative and quite undiplomatic. FOPOG? Offensive and historically inaccurate. I have an intense loathing of the Tories. Cameron is just another Tory twat wanker!

  5. Yeah it really wasn't the worst of jerseys and slight return of the stripes was a welcome surprise but yeah nothing special and this is definitely 100 times better. Our alternate jersey's will be REALLY really like the first one. Can't wait to get my hands on it. The perfect amount of yellow and black equally divided. And I agree with CHE the JEEP sponsor is great, simple and basic just as they should be not drawing too much attention away from the rest of the kit.

  6. The reason I wasnt too crazy about that jersey comes down to a few reasons. 1. I don't like the diagonal patch of black over the shoulder. I remember there being images that there would be a dykefalo there, but we just got a replica, so the black patch doesn't serve a purpose. 2. The stripes look like they are painted in with crayon and I'm not too crazy about that. 3. On the field it didn't flatter our players at all, WAYYYYY too tight , skin tight, on some players it looked like they were wearing a spandex leotard or something. But I will have to say it was one of our better Jerseys with Puma. Didn't dislike it as much as the others.
