For W/C qualifying they finished 2nd behind Portugal and ahead of Russia and Latvia and were undefeated at home. 1-1 Portugal, 0-0 Russia, 1-0 Estonia, 4-1 Latvia, 7-0 Lietchenstein and 3-1 Luxemburg. bides Posted September 5, 2006 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Disgusting display by the Cypriot National Team..The only one that played there heart out was the Captain Okkas and Bides tried abit as well..Aggelos has to make changes and revamp the defence and use players that actually play for there club teams... We desp need Konstantinou, Aloneftis, Haralambous and Okkarides in the squad the rest of the karagizides were horrible they should never wear the shirt again...Aggelos make changes your selections were brutal..
