Ziaka Posted November 17, 2003 Share Posted November 17, 2003 Giannis Goumenos, the temporary PAE PAOK president resigned today followed by a decision by EEA (Epitropi Epaggelmatikou Athlitsimou) that he can't hold that position because of criminal convictions against him. Goumenos still has an appeal against those convictions and might be cleared. However he had no other choice but to resign his post. It is widely assumed that Pagonis will be the one that will take over as the temporary PAE PAOK president on Wednesday, when a PAE PAOK meeting is scheduled.
