This opened up a big hole on that side that Giannoulis was not able to cover. Was he instructed to play like that, or was he ignoring his position? Hmm... paokarag4 Posted December 24, 2019 Share Posted December 24, 2019 He was okay, the games tempo had completely dropped when he came on but he defended well on a few occasions and obviously provided the assist for Misic's goal. Yiankos Posted December 24, 2019 Share Posted December 24, 2019 I like Soares. Last year he played for a team that almost got relegated. They scored only 35 goals in 34 games and Soares scored 4 of them and gave 5 assists. Pretty impressive statistics. The "bad" thing is he has to fill Matos' shoes. Really tough job.
