The head of the new EPO is the reformist PAOK.  The same team that was crying like little babies together with m#$%! Alafouzos,  has all of a sudden endorsed the new EPO???   The current state of affairs in Greek soccer is significan

Another proof that you have no clue what you are talking about. All you do take propaganda points from the red and green mouthpieces (Gavros, Protathlitis, Skai TV, Apopsi etc.)

Just so you know, current EPO is under temporary control by FIFA/UEFA until the elections for the president are held. Of interest is the fact that Olympiakos and Panathinaikos joined forces to keep postponing the elections with the help of the Mitropoulos brothers.

I will say this.... they need to either go by the book for every match, or not.  Ivic got hit with a can. Full, empty, it doesn't matter.  There are rules in plays.  Enforce them.  A firecracker is thrown on the pitch during a match?  What's the rules say?  The match is stopped? Then stop it.  The cherry picking penalties for teams needs to stop.

That is the root of the problem in Greek soccer. Selective punishment for the same offences depending on who committed them.

As for jvc's prediction for a payback that will last 20 to 30 years. What else is new. POK has been doing that since 1929, so nothing will change. However I will say that there is nothing worse than joining forces with your biggest enemy in order to further your agenda.

Really? It's a cracker, it doesn't have to hit the player. As long as it lands next to him when it goes off, it can cause damage in more ways than one. People shouldn't be throwing s%$#!. If you guys got a fine, then we should also. If we get points taken off, then so should you. Can you not see the injustice?

I don't condone throwing anything at players or coaches but it's funny how the linesman next to Villafanez was absolutely fine and just stood there.

Already covered that incident. We got punished with 32K Euro fine. Player was not injured and according to the rules that is the only fine that was possible.

And no throwing objects on the field is not fine. What bothers me is that in all these cases the person that threw the object is never caught and prosecuted.

So if a PAOK fan gets in a fight with a PAO fan on some random Tuesday, is the team still liable? Is AEK liable for the group who had gardening tools ("weapons") confiscated before the match? Of course not.

And again - the firecracker did not hit PAO's player.

The rules are....any object/fire cracker thrown onto the field means,  automatic suspended game and forfeit.  So why did they continue the cup match?  And who are you calling a dumbass?  PAOK will pay for this trust me.  DIRTY desperate,   can't trust bitch of a club.

Ha ha, if we're DIRTY, then you guys are downright FILTHY.

And as for desperate, trying to get Matos banned for a game that was completed weeks ago, yep, that is desperation.

Greek football is so deeply sick, that all too often, matches disintegrate into this kind of chaos.

Playing the blame game will solve nothing. We can sit and argue, but Europe and the rest of the world will just keep on laughing at our xeftila.

Unless, there is a total overhaul of  EPO and the game in general in Greece, we are all wasting our time.

^^Going by your logic....there's nothing wrong with throwing objects at players,  because the linesman seemed not bothered by it???

Dude how old are you, 9? Did you not read the first thing I wrote about not condoning the throwing of objects at players?

Dude how old are you?  Who cares what you wrote in your first sentence....obviously you have trouble making logic in a conversation.  We will try again,  lets see if you can put a grade 7 level discussion into perspective.  Because the linesman seemed not bothered,  the firecracker thrown at the player was not that serious?  Going by your logic,  correct?   Or going by your first sentence....because you don't condone it,  PAOK should be deducted points?  Please explain your logic to us 9 years old.

Hopefully this will explain it to your 9 year old brainLet-it-Go-.jpg

jvc when all the presidents/fans/teams decide to kick out violence, they will succeed on it. The rest is just bullshit...

Whenever you guys did horrible things you were saying "but in Rizoupoli gavroi did worse". The same goes for PAOK fans, for AEK fans and all the fans in freaking Greece.

That's the only truth and whatever everyone is saying is pure HYPOCRISY. End of story.

But when the politicians are still saying, "PASOK did worse, or ND did worse, or Tsipras did worse" and we brought the country economic wealth or whatever.... What are we expecting from the club owners who are mainly having their teams to support their main interests which often are illegal?
