pash
And that's game. After seeing this, I'm actually somewhat confident that we can get the result in Thessaloniki.
Blackhawk
Very good result. We did not lose, and we score the very important away goal. If we play smart at Toumba we can qualify. Still undefeated against Ajax.
Antaeus7
In past UEFA Champions League qualifying matches in Thessaloniki, PAOK hasn't been doing well. Hopefully, they could finally break the duck.
teke817
great result for us. congrats to the players. game 2 is going to be hard. ajax is really big at every position. these dudes are going be real sore after this.
kozi
Nothing to fear here. Will be disappointed if we can't beat this ajax at toumba.
pash
Super result. For me the weakest two players were easily Klaus and Tzavellas. Klaus because he is brushed off the ball like water and offers nothing - Tzavellas because he blocks shots like a 9 year old boy who is afraid of getting the ball hit in his face. All in all well done PAOK. It was the Greek veterans once again costing you. Klaus at least got the assist. Rodrigues (who looked better all game), did not show up when needed.
pash
This stadium is like a tomb. They're gonna s%$#! themselves in Toumba I'm gonna quote myself because this is gonna be key.
paokarag4
Good result. I actually thought Tzavella for the most part did well, making some key interceptions. Xarisi was very good, if he is injured hopefully its nothing serious and he is fine for the 2nd leg. Klaus you would swear hasn't played football, no ability to shield or hold up the ball but thats nothing new. They are beatable but we are gonna need to score at least 2 I think, can't see us keeping a clean sheet. But all to play for in a packed toumba Edited July 26, 2016 by paokarag4
gdkmangosalsa
i think ivic knows what needs to be done for the return leg. this guy was there for us in big games not too long ago. he will push the right buttons and we will come out full force in toumba, fans included. hopefully without platini putting us in the dog house again. Blackhawk
Charisis, Campos and Tzavellas our top players in my opinion. Everyone else played well. Let's not forget it's still early in the season. The team will get better with time.

I think Ivic is withholding Pereyra for round 2 for a reason...
teke817
tzaellas made a mistake on the goal, but he had a good game overall. credit to klaus for the assist to Djalma but he just has to be better. i think he is better with another ST to work off of ... Rodriguez had no substance at all tonight.
pash
As in, play Koulouris up front with him? Klaus hasn't had much success with two strikers. Unless you count Pereyra being played in front of him (during that 8-month period when Anastasiadis played him as a second striker). :: realizes that's what Ivic will do :: Well I'll be damned... Tzatziki
Well done to the Paok squad, the 1-1 score gives you guys an excellent shot of knocking Ajax out in Toumba!
pash
Chances are, Milik will be sold by then. Even if he isn't...bring him on.

Antaeus7
Milik isn't a player I would worry, his finishing with the Poland National Team at the EURO was atrocious.

Original Sydney
Great result for PAOK to get an away goal and a draw, puts them in the box seat BUT lets not forget how PAOK F***ed it last time they played Ajax after drawing 1-1 away also. Hopefully they get the job done in toumba as it will be great for Greek Football.
