We stand nochance as Panathinaikos will want to mathematically secure the CL spot. Blackhawk Posted June 1, 2015 Author Share Posted June 1, 2015 Only saw the first 10 minutes live, and then I was planning on watching the reply in the evening on Sport Plus. However from what I saw in those 10 minutes changed my mind and instead I watched a reply of last nights Blackhawks game against Anaheim. This team is self destructing right before our eyes. The whole PAOK organization is to blame for this with their poor planning. Starting rom the front office and ending with the fans. Some players know they won't be back, and it shows in their effort. For example Itandje who had a solid month or two has been very poor in the playoffs. He has realized that there is no future for him on the team. Even the goal of finishing 2nd and avoiding early European competition looks like a miracle at this point. I don't see how we can win our last two games in the playoffs. pash Posted June 1, 2015 Share Posted June 1, 2015 I can't imagine that our new TD signed without at least some assurances from Savvidis in terms of budget/control. Keep in mind that Georgiadis keeps returning because his buddy keeps giving him a job around April. Us fans just need to be patient. Give the guy a full year to lay down the groundwork for a substantially different team. Let him keep the coach that he chooses for at least two years. Then in year three, we can see what the results are. I think that even a gutted PAOK will still make the playoffs next season. We don't have a lot to lose at this point.
