In the Championship Playoffs, the top six teams after regular season continue playing each other (home-away). That's 10 more rounds of soccer. They will carry the points they got during regular season. There are no bonuses involved. Playoff games will be played on weekends with the exception of Round 9, which will be played on Wednesday May 13, 2020.

The bottom 8 teams after regular season will play in the Relegation Playout that will feature 7 rounds of soccer, which means the teams will play each other only once. They will also carry the points from the regular season without any bonuses.

What an entirely pointless process.

Just a stupid bluff, anyone with a mind can see that if Olympiakos does that, it would have to give up on the European Money. I'm pretty sure that Marinakis too would prefer getting some extra money in his pocket rather then being butt-hurt about not getting 1st place in the league.

They are just trying to create the climate for the upcoming game against us on December 1.

Funny thing is that no other team is responding to their nonsense. You can expect that from the gavroi tou vorra, but so much silence from the paper champion and the vazeli?

He wasn't seriously hurt? WHAT A SHOCK!!! So are we gonna get a few points back? Maybe replay the last half of the season?

BTW that stupid "kid" should still be banned for life from PAOK matches.

Or sue Olympiakos or the coach for damages related to his faking. The potential loss of revenue due to an easier champions League qualifying path. ?

There is really nothing PAE PAOK can do, but it would not hurt to sue the private hospital that diagnosed Garcia and even released him from the hospital with a neck collar. Of course nothing would come out of it.

Its not about something comming out.... but just the idea of potentially being sued would make people think twice about actions like these.

I like the idea of getting even but lawsuits-as-a-deterrent is something that causes a lot of problems. It's just a petty way to game the legal system. Greece is already a third world country; do we want to continue being a bunch of whiny babies?

It turns out it was not Panopoulos's dealership that was set on fire.

However the big news from yesterday is that Aris "majority shareholder" went on Marinakis's TV channel saying that Olympiakos and Aris are being cheated out by EPO and referees. He also said that PAOK and Xanthi should be investigated and relegated from Superleague. Basically he was reading a prepared statement written for him by Karapapas and Theodoridis. If there was any doubt that Olympiakos controls the 'O' Aris football team than after yesterday's events there should not be any doubts left. Incidentally the same propaganda was spread around by the ex-Olympiakos player and ex-Aris coach Anastopoulos over the weekend. Looks like an organized propaganda campaign by Marinakis and his stooges.

Not sure if anyone saw this but Ajax were bundled out of the Champions league group stage this morning after losing 0-1 at home to Valencia, Ajax just needed a draw to go through but were knocked out despite picking up 10 points across the group stage.

What really made me smile was that Valencia went down to 10 men in stoppage time when one of their players reacted to Tadic trying to drag him up for feigning injury and trying to waste time. The Valencia player then barely kissed Tadic and he hit the deck like he had been shot. Funny it didn't bother Tadic when he and his teammates were rolling around and diving like crazy in the 2nd leg against us when they had the lead, happy to see he Dusan in particular not get to qualify. They will probably go deep in the Europa league and maybe even win it, but karma comes around in football.

I'm not still bitter though, I've moved on from that game 100%
