Olympiakos-Schalke

Recommended Posts

Olympiakos open their UEFA Champions League schedule at home to Schalke. Schalke are in this as the 3rd place finisher in the German Bundesliga last year. They have a good team, which includes Kyriakos Papadopoulos. It's a big day in Piraeus tomorrow!

Popped up in the air, Megyeri goes up for it, misses it, Papadopoulos puts it in, but, NO GOAL they say! We got away with one there! Goalkeeper interference is the call, but I don't think so.

Sad display from our defence on "both" goals

Megyeri too. He's shaky. He needs to catch that cross that should've resulted in Kyriakos Papadopoulos scoring.

The game started well for Olympiakos but they have totally lost control of the game from about the 30' on.

They are lucky not to be losing 2-0 as K.Pap's goal was valid.

Pretty evenly played in the opening 35 I'd say. Olympiakos need to start looking like the home team here.
