He definitely looks like he'd be there to replace Jairo. I, too, know nothing about him. Assuming Klaus has one of his regularly scheduled 2-month injuries, though, anything can happen.

Mak clearly has enjoyed himself at PAOK more than Lucas did. Lucas also had a habit of being terrified during big games (which is why Vukic played so much towards the end of the season - and thank God we had him).

Skanderbeg got slapped with a one-year suspension from European competition due to match fixing (or suspicion of match fixing?). They were going to be seeded in the 2nd qualifying round of CL, which means progression might have meant they'd be drawn against Olympiakos (although admittedly that was a long shot).

Being able to identify those players is the trick. Unfortunately, I don't think there are many teams that can get a good ratio of diamonds to coal. Maybe only Shakhtar? But for them, it's mostly about their excellent academy system.
